Welcome to Raya’s Digihub (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any digital product, you (“user,” “customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Definitions

  • Digital Products: eBooks, PDFs, templates, and other intangible downloadable materials sold on this website.

  • Supplier: Third-party providers such as DigitalShopi India, from whom we have received digital products with a valid reseller license.

2. License & Permitted Use

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for your individual, non-commercial use.

  • Redistribution, resale, editing, or public sharing of the content is strictly prohibited unless the product is explicitly labeled with a "Resell Right" and accompanied by a valid reseller license file.

  • Products marked as "Resell Right" can be resold strictly according to the terms of the included license.

  • All products are either created in-house, sourced under valid open licenses (e.g., GNU/GPL, PLR), or legally acquired for resale with distribution rights.
  • We do not resell or distribute pirated or unlicensed software. If any content is found in violation, we promptly remove it upon request or verification.
  • All brand names, logos, or trademarks used on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for description purposes only.

3. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via download link or email immediately after successful payment.

  • If you do not receive your product within 30 minutes, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues outside our control.

4. Refund & Statutory Rights

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not provide refunds except in the following situations:

  • The file was not delivered or is technically inaccessible.

  • A refund is required under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
At any cost, the maximum allowable refund shall be limited to the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product.

5. Payment Security

We use secure, PCI-compliant third-party gateways such as Razorpay or Cashfree.

  • We do not store or access your card or payment data.

  • All transactions are processed securely on the payment provider’s platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Raya’s Digihub or our verified suppliers.

  • Any unauthorized use, copying, or sharing of content is a violation of copyright law and may result in legal action.

  • In the case of reseller products, original copyright remains with the Supplier and we distribute them under a verified license agreement.

7. Third-Party Products & Supplier Liability

  • Some products are sourced from DigitalShopi India under a written reseller license, which they have publicly guaranteed.

  • If a copyright claim arises from any such third-party product, we will cooperate with all parties and may offer to replace the product, secure a valid license, or issue a refund—limited to the original price paid.

  • DigitalShopi India has warranted to us that it holds all necessary rights and licenses and has agreed to indemnify us from any third-party infringement claims.

  • Customers agree to cooperate if a supplier-related dispute arises.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranty.

  • We do not guarantee the content will meet your expectations or be error-free.

  • We make no representations about the suitability of the content for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • Our maximum liability to you will never exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss, lost profits, or emotional distress caused by the use or misuse of our content.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raya’s Digihub from any claim, liability, damage, or expense arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms,

  • Your misuse of digital content, or

  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Data Protection & Privacy

We comply with India’s Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures) Rules, 2011.

  • We only collect necessary user data and never sell or misuse personal information.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating legal proceedings.
